Enjoy free local delivery on orders of $75 or more (before tax and discounts). Orders below the minimum will incur a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout. Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days between 8 AM and 6 PM. Please note that we work with an external courier, so specific delivery times and dates are not within our control. If delivery is unsuccessful, a $12 fee will apply for a reattempt. If you’d prefer a refund after an unsuccessful delivery, we’re happy to process it, less the original delivery cost.

For apartment deliveries, please let us know if you’d like your order left in a specific location within the building or at your unit door (buzzer number may be required) or require delivery within a specific time frame. We will try our best to accommodate.

Due to store policy change, we no longer offer local pick ups. If you resides in Vancouver, please visit one of our retail locations or visit us at one of our upcoming pop-ups.

It takes us 1 to 2 business days to get your product ready for shipment. Our standard shipping typically arrives within 5-10 business days. Please note that we can't guarantee these delivery times due to potential carrier delays beyond our control.

For any shipped/delivery-attempted orders with a missing or incorrect address, a $5 CAD service fee, along with the initial shipping fee, will be charged to the customer, and the remainder of the total order amount will be refunded. We sincerely appreciate your understanding!

International parcels may incur customs fees. These fees are not incorporated into our shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer to manage.
