1 pack Suna Dark Roast Horicha

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a small bowl or glass, except for the yogurt.
Set aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
