1/3 cup freeze dried strawberries

1/2 cup coconut oil

⅓ cup coconut sugar

⅓ cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon sea salt

2 cups quick-cooking oats

1 1/2 cups puffed rice cereal

½ cup sliced almonds

¼ cup ground flax

⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Add the coconut oil, coconut sugar, and honey to a pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then remove from the heat and transfer to a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until fully combined. Note, the chocolate chips will melt a little from the residual heat. You can also omit some chocolate chips and add more on top when pressing the bars.
Press the mixture into a lined 9x13 baking dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set, and then slice into bars immediately. Store in the fridge.
