It started with a bowl of oatmeal nobody was excited about.
Two health IT professionals. A pandemic. A lot of beige breakfasts eaten on autopilot. We knew how to eat well — it just stopped feeling like anything. So we got curious, started experimenting, and ended up at farmers' markets watching people take a bite, pause, and say: "Wait… this is actually really good." That reaction is the reason OHME! exists.
